Scott Kempner, founding member of The Dictators and The Del-Lords, has passed away at the age of 69.
Kempner was a pioneer in punk rock and a key figure in the development of urban roots rock and Americana music.
His bandmates and colleagues have paid tribute to him and expressed their sadness over his passing. [ more ]
